Adam Foggia joined HensonFuerst in June of 2009. Born and raised in Ocean Township, New Jersey, Adam relocated to Burlington, North Carolina, to study at Elon University. He graduated magna cum laude in May of 2004 with bachelor's degrees in both psychology and philosophy. He then attended the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill. Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate in May of 2008, he worked with UNC's criminal justice clinic to provide indigent defense representation to juveniles of Orange and Durham Counties.

During and after law school, Adam was exposed to a wide range of plaintiffs' representation, including personal injury, product liability, and workers' compensation claims. At HensonFuerst, Adam's primary focus will be working with those who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions.
