With more than 30 years of trial experience, Anne Duvoisin joined HensonFuerst in September 2003. She has extensive experience litigating a wide variety of personal injury cases and now focuses primarily on nursing home litigation and reform. As an affiliate of several organizations that focus on nursing home residents' rights, Anne knows and understands the needs of those who live in nursing homes, and she works diligently to protect their rights.
Before joining HensonFuerst, she was the managing attorney and lead trial attorney for the North Carolina office of the Nursing Home Abuse Law Center. She also works as a mediator and arbitrator resolving many different types of lawsuits.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University in 1973 and her Juris Doctorate in 1978 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
