Man charged after North Carolina auto accident

The man was speeding on the interstate and rear-ended another vehicle.
The driver of that vehicle suffered some injuries after the North Carolina auto accident.
The man who was speeding was a teenager and had been drinking, though his blood-alcohol content was below the legal limit.
The teen driver involved in the North Carolina car accident was charged with a felony hit-and-run causing personal injury.
He was also cited for reckless driving to endanger and driving after consuming alcohol by an underage person.
