A traumatic brain injury, or TBI, or intracranial injury, occurs when an outside force traumatically injures the brain. TBI is a major cause of death and disability, often caused by a vehicle accident, and can result when the head suddenly and violently hits an object.

Far too often, traumatic brain injuries happen because of the negligence of others: a drunk driver running through a red light or stop sign; a careless teenager cell phone texting when he should be paying attention to the road; a fatigued long-haul trucker, on the road for too many hours. When a traumatic brain injury is the fault of others, HensonFuerst’s lawyers, paralegals & case managers are here to help answer your questions and protect your full rights under the law.

Attorney Thomas W. Henson, Jr., and the other members of the Traumatic Brain Injury team will be using this blog to provide information and guidance.  We hope you will come back often.
