Attorney Rachel Fuerst Speaking at 2017 “Basics of Elder and Special Needs Law” Program

The 2017 Basics of Elder and Special Needs Law Program has been planned by the North Carolina Bar Association Elder and Special Needs Law Section. The goal of the program is to build a stronger foundation for any elder law attorney, including experienced practitioners and attorneys who are new to the practice of elder law.

At this event, attorney Rachel Fuerst will be speaking at 10:45am offering guidance on litigating claims by nursing home and assisted living residents, residents of continuing care retirement committees, and claims against home care agencies and other related elder law litigation.
