My PSA Contest

1. Video should follow the theme.

2. Video should bebetween 28 and 29 seconds.

3. Script must be provided with entry (if applicable).

4. Entries must be sent by regular mail. Entries sent by e-mail will not be accepted.

5. Attach completed registration forms, waivers, and releases with entries.

6. Include a comprehensive list of sources (if applicable).

7. Videos will not be considered for judgment if they do not meet the requirements or are postmarked after Wednesday April 7, 2010.

Deadline Information

Your entry must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, April 7, 2010. No exceptions.

Other Information

• Only one prize will be awarded for the winning PSA.

• The creator of the winning PSA will receive a prize.

• Local media will be contacted regarding the video contest and the winners. Additionally, the winning PSA will be aired on local television and will be placed on the HensonFuerst Web site.
