Raleigh Lawyer Presents Seminar on the "Nuts and Bolts" of Negligence
RALEIGH, N.C. - November 7, 2003 - Thomas W. Henson, Jr., managing partner of the nursing home division of Henson and Fuerst, P.A., recently presented at a seminar entitled "Nuts and Bolts of Professional Negligence" designed for trial attorneys at every level of practice. Mr. Henson presented on "The Basics of Nursing Home Litigation", including jury techniques regarding the presentation of malnutrition resulting from facility neglect.
Henson focuses his practice solely on nursing home litigation and is the chairman of the Nursing Home Litigation Section of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.
