DEFECTIVE PRODUCT LAWYERS
RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER
If a defective product has injured you or a loved one, contact a North Carolina defective product lawyer at HensonFuerst to protect your legal rights. We want to help you hold these thoughtless and careless manufacturers accountable for the unsafe products they market to the unsuspecting public.
Every year thousands of products are found to be defective or unsafe and must be recalled by either the manufacturer or a government agency. The reasons necessitating a recall can result from a flaw in the product's design, a manufacturing mistake, contamination of foods and/or materials used in the product, or an unseen risk that presents itself after the product has been on the market for months or even years. A North Carolina defective product attorney from HensonFuerst will help you through the complicated legal process and do their best to obtain compensation for your injuries.
Product liability cases may involve a long list of responsible parties or companies, but there are typically three different kinds of defective product cases:
- Manufacturing defects—defects that occur in the process of making the product (i.e., a bolt that isn't tightened properly at the factory and results in the leg of a baby chair falling off easily).
- Design defects—defects that are inherent to the product's conception (i.e., a swimming pool with holes in the bottom or an air conditioner that blows hot air).
- Marketing defects—improperly warning the consumer of the product's possible dangers (i.e., inadequate safety warnings or failing to include a comprehensive instruction manual).
In many defective product cases it is up to the plaintiff to prove that the product in question is defective and unsafe. You need an experienced North Carolina defective product lawyer to help you win the money you deserve for your injuries.
No one should be put at risk because of a dangerous or defective product. The attorneys at HensonFuerst represent individuals who have suffered a North Carolina defective product injury involving a range of defective or recalled items including:
