Tiana H. Zaebst

RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER

Tiana Zaebst was born in Wilson County, North Carolina and has 17 years of legal experience.  She graduated magna cum laude from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina, in 1988 with a B.S. degree in communications.  In 1991 she received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and was a member of the Wake Forest Law Review and Moot Court Board.  Ms. Zaebst has experience in a variety of legal areas, including catastrophic personal injury and adoption law.

 After years advocating for the rights of children and families in adoption cases, she is now advocating for the rights of those injured in auto accidents and those who are disabled but have been denied Social Security Disability benefits. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts.   Ms. Zaebst joined the firm in 2008 and will be handling auto injury cases as well as Social Security Disability claims.
