Henson Fuerst is proud to share that Attorney Partner Carma Henson has been elected as the 2020-2021 Parliamentarian of the American Association of Justice (AAJ)’s Nursing Home Litigation Group.
Founded in 1987, the AAJ’s Nursing Home Litigation Group aims to educate its members through high-quality continuing legal education seminars. This Group has successfully assisted trial lawyers throughout the country in nursing home litigation, leading to many significant verdicts and settlements.
By leveraging a manual of pleadings, discovery, briefs, and regulatory updates, the Group hopes to continue to help attorneys that represent nursing home abuse and neglect victims.
Carma, who has spent her legal career fighting for the rights of those who have been hurt, abused, or neglected by others, has been involved as a member of AAJ’s Nursing Home Litigation Group for some time. She has also had the privilege of presenting at various AAJ seminars, including:
- AAJ’s Overcoming New Defense Discovery Obstruction Tactics During COVID-19 Webinar;
- AAJ’s Fundamentals of a Nursing Home Case Series Webinar; and
- AAJ’s Fundamentals of a Nursing Home Case Series Webinar.
