Boone auto accident injures three students

October 2, 2008

Three local students were injured in a Boone car accident involving a school bus, according to the Winston-Salem Journal.

The bus driver was driving down a narrow dirt road when he pulled over to allow an oncoming car to pass. The shoulder of the road could not support the bus, and the bus flipped over coming to rest beside a tree.

While all of the occupants were taken to a local hospital, only three of the six students inside the bus suffered injuries in the North Carolina auto accident.

No charges have been filed regarding the Boone auto accident.
