Just two short years after the damage brought by Hurricane Matthew, the residents of North Carolina’s Robeson County once again find themselves beset by devastating flooding in the wake of the heavy rains which followed Hurricane Florence.
Considering our lifelong ties to this community, we are eager to assist in any way possible. In order to help those residents who have been hit hardest by Hurricane Florence, Henson Fuerst will be accepting donations at both of our office locations. Either location will gladly receive your generous donation for those in need.
Your Donations Needed
While we are very thankful for any donations, we are unable to accept clothing or footwear at this time. Those items which would prove most valuable to those in need include:
- Bottled Water
- Canned Food Items
- Diapers & Baby Wipes
- Paper Products
- Cleaning Supplies
- Personal Hygiene Items
If you are able to contribute, we ask you please bring your donations to either of our offices no later than Thursday, September 27th. Our goal is to deliver the collected supplies on Friday, September 28th—in the hopes the flood waters have receded by that time.
In addition to our two Henson Fuerst offices, donated supplies are also currently being collected at the following location:
Allied Fire Protection
80 Rupert Road
Raleigh, North Carolina 27603
